Prime Lamb

Our grass-fed PRIME lamb is available to be purchased in carcass form, boxed primals and cuts. Our Foodservice division also provides a range of portion cut, sliced and minced products. To do justice to this PRIME lamb, our experienced team employ traditional cold boning techniques. This means that you allow the carcass to chill overnight, ensuring that the meat holds its shape, before carefully cutting the meat off the bone the next day.
