Our grass-fed PRIME steer is sourced from carefully selected traditional beef breeds, such as Angus, Hereford, and Murray Grey. We also work closely with ANGUS PURE to bring the highly sought-after Angus brand to market. These products are all available to be purchased in carcass form, boxed primals and cuts. Our Foodservice division also provides a range of portion cut, sliced and minced products such as eye fillets, scotch fillets and premium beef mince. To do justice to this PRIME steer, our experienced team employ traditional cold boning and on the curve techniques. This means that you allow the carcass to chill overnight, ensuring that the meat holds its shape, before carefully cutting the meat off the bone the next day.
